Walk the Labyrinth

Labyrinths have been used for meditation and reflection for more than 4000 years. Walking a labyrinth can often help to clear the mind and give insight. We invite people of all faiths to walk the First & Central labyrinth—especially those in transition or those who are struggling to find balance and peace.

Visitors to the labyrinth will find a quiet, peaceful atmosphere enhanced by subdued lighting, candlelight, and meditative music.

We hope to provide a place for reflection, meditation, healing, and peace and to nurture a community that shares thoughts, learning, and experiences of walking the labyrinth with one another and with other labyrinth enthusiasts locally, regionally, and world-wide.
